This page explains how the Sunthiva Apps website handles information. It relates only to this website, not to the separate apps and games we're developing.

Sunthiva Apps is an independent UK app and game development studio. For questions about privacy, contact hello@sunthivaapps.com.
What this website collects
We have not added analytics trackers, advertising pixels, accounts, contact forms or optional tracking cookies to this website. Our hosting provider may process standard technical connection details such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver the website and protect its service.
When you email us
If you contact us by email, we receive the information you send, including your email address. We use it to respond to your message and manage the correspondence. Email is hosted by Google Workspace.
Sharing and storage
Website delivery and email services use third-party providers that may process technical or contact data on our behalf. We do not sell information sent to us. We keep correspondence for as long as reasonably needed for its purpose, and remove it when it is no longer needed, subject to legal obligations.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you may have rights to access, correct or erase your personal information, or to object to some uses. Email us to make a request. You can also find information at the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
